The quote form

The form asks for the services you need, your first name and your postcode. You can also add an approximate size or vehicle type, preferred timing and notes. Do not include payment details, passwords or sensitive information.

Your answers are held in the memory of the page while it is open. This website does not save the form to a database, browser storage or an account. Refreshing or closing the page clears the form. Your browser may independently offer to autofill information according to your own browser settings.

Moving to WhatsApp

Nothing is sent to the business just because you fill in the form. When you choose “Continue to WhatsApp”, your prepared message is included in a link to WhatsApp. That link is opened in your browser or app. The message may therefore be processed by WhatsApp when the link opens, even before you press Send. You still need to press Send in WhatsApp to send it to the business.

Photos can be attached directly in WhatsApp. This website does not accept or store photo uploads. Once you use WhatsApp, its own privacy practices apply. Read the WhatsApp privacy policy.

Using an enquiry

Eternal uses the information you choose to send to respond, discuss your requirements and organise a quote or booking. This website does not add you to a mailing list or automatically send marketing messages. To ask about information you have sent to the business, use the contact number above. Deleting a message in your app may not remove the recipient’s copy.

Cookies, analytics and external services

This front end does not set cookies, use analytics or advertising trackers, or load social-media embeds. Images, icons, scripts and videos are served with the website. The typeface uses fonts already available on your device; no third-party font service is requested.

The hosting provider may process standard request information such as IP addresses, request times and browser details to deliver and protect the website. Your browser and WhatsApp can process the links you choose to open.

Project photographs and videos

The gallery uses on-site photographs and footage provided by the business. Media described as “before cleaning”, “on site” or “project diary” is not being presented as a verified after result. No digital cleaning reconstruction is shown as completed work in this site. Contact us to raise a concern about an image.

Quotes and bookings

Opening WhatsApp or choosing preferred timing does not confirm a booking. The work, quote and availability need to be agreed with Eternal separately.
