How do I get a quote?
Choose your service and add your name, postcode and a few details. We’ll prepare a WhatsApp message for you. Press Send in WhatsApp and attach any photos there. We’ll then discuss the job and give you a quote.
Can I book a few services together?
Yes. Select as many services as you need in the quote form. We’ll talk through the work together and confirm the scope, price and availability.
Do you cover my area?
Send us your postcode with your enquiry and we’ll confirm whether we can get to you. Please wait for confirmation before treating a visit as booked.
What do you need from me?
Photos are a useful start, along with the approximate size of the job and any access restrictions. We’ll confirm anything else needed, including arrangements for water or power, before the visit.
Is my preferred date a confirmed booking?
Not yet. Your preferred timing is a request. Your booking is only confirmed once we have agreed the work, quote and availability with you on WhatsApp.
Will everything look brand new?
We aim for a thorough clean, not an unrealistic promise. The result depends on the surface and its condition. Existing damage, wear and some staining may remain. We’ll discuss what to expect before we start.
